RAGE
IS AWESOME!
Ok, so I finally got my copy of RAGE for the Playstation 3 today and what can I say except this game is awesome. I played just a little over an hour and I am addicted to it already. I am not a huge game freak, where I go out and buy a game the day it comes out, and then try and beat it that same night or within 2 days. I am very picky about my games, it takes a lot to impress me and this game definitely impresses me. That graphics and attention to detail is unbelivable. I am bit of an old school guy, I grew up playing Doom, Metal Gear, and Resident Evil. I am a huge fan of first person shooters, but very few games have really got me hooked.
If you like first-person shooting games, or games like Halo, Call Of Duty, then I highly recommend this game. If you ever played Doom and you liked it then you will definitely love it.
I give this game a 5 out of 5.
Great job ID Software, I hope you continue to put out more games, cause so far almost all your games have rocked!

SPIDER-MAN: EDGE OF TIME

In "Spider-Man: Edge Of Time," Spider-Man faces one of his greatest challenges ever - saving Spider-Man. Developed by Activision-owned studio Beenox, Spider-Man: Edge of Time challenges the player to take on the roles of both classic Amazing Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2099 to correct a time stream gone awry and prevent a catastrophic future brought on by the early and untimely death of Peter Parker."Spider-Man: Edge of Time" is a focused, action-packed adventure set in two connected and evolving timelines, from the contemporary times of the Amazing Spider-Man to the corrupted future world of Spider-Man 2099, against the backdrop of a rich, tightly crafted narrative by acclaimed Marvel veteran Peter David (co-creator of the comic book series Spider-Man 2099). The game features all-new "cause-and-effect" gameplay, where players will see how the immediate and sometimes unexpected effects of their actions as one Spider-Man changes the timeline of the other Spider-Man.
DC UNIVERSE ONLINE:
Switching to FREE to play!
Starting in late October, massively multiplayer online game DC Universe Online will be free to play, with both the game available to download for free and an option to play without any monthly subscription cost.
The introduction of the free-to-play business model adds three levels of access to the game: free, premium and legendary. Free players can access all current gameplay, create two characters and join a league. "Premium" players are any who have spent at least $5 on the game before, and can utilize "additional character slots, additional inventory slots, and higher cash limits." "Legendary" access costs $14.99 a month, and includes all downloadable content packs. Further details on each tier are here.
DC Universe Online debuted in January of this year, with a retail price of $59.99 for the PlayStation 3 version and $49.99 for the PC version, along with a $14.99 a month subscription free. DC Comics is currently releasing a twice-monthly tie-in series, DC Universe Online Legends, written by comics veteran Marv Wolfman.
Batman: Arkham City
